Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via post to our Customer Center within 14 days from the date of delivery.

In this instance, postage will be issued by MOABOX and sent to you directly.

Please contact MOABOX( to organize pre-paid postage. No returns of goods are permitted without prior authorization.

  1. 3 days : All cancellations must be notified to MOABOX within 3 working days from receipt of the ordered goods. 15% restocking fee (of the sale amount excluding tax and freight) will be charged to any cancelled order after 3 working days.
  2. 14 days : You must return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
  3. 30 days : You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. MOABOX will not accept any return after 30 days from receipt of the ordered goods

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item(s), please fill out the online ‘Exchange Request form’. (click here)

Exchanges can only be made with the same priced item being returned. Returning item(s) need to be sent back to our Customer Center with ‘Original MOABOX invoice(receipt)’.

Return postage costs will be at your expense. If the alternative size or color is not available, you’ll be notified and given an alternative guideline from MOABOX.

Return Policy Conditions

Please, check out :

  1. You must provide the ‘Original MOABOX invoice(receipt)’ along with your returning item(s)
  2. The item is in ‘Original saleable condition’ : All return/cancelled item(s) must be in “Like New” condition and has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached
  3. ‘Return request form’ is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)
  4. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered
  5. Store purchases cannot be exchanged or returned or refunded online

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, MOABOX reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. MOABOX will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

We apologize that we are unable to accept the exchange or return requests for the following items.

  2. Swimwear
  3. Hosiery
  4. Hair accessories
  5. Earrings and Jewelry
  6. Underwear and undergarments
  7. Any purchase with coupons or points

Unless item is defective or faulty, it will only be exchanged(not refunded), Any items returned as part of a ‘Promotion’ will be refunded or exchanged at the paid discounted price or not the original full price.
